He is experienced in operating in issue-rich and complex environments where he has been able to develop and execute strategies to achieve commercial objectives. He has supported the commercialization of new products within the Asian market, managing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects involving both government and business. As the CEO of 83 Grains, Ozan leads the business in forging partnerships through collaborative opportunities to meet the demands of the market. With a global mindset and pragmatic approach, he brings a strategic lens to growth, working with partners to turn uncertainty into opportunity across diverse and fast-changing markets.

Soo Chuan is an experienced professional in government relations and international trade. He worked at a Fortune 500 company, assisting affiliates in achieving regulatory and commercial goals. At the international trade level, Soo Chuan was formerly a Foreign Service Officer at the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serving as First Secretary at Singapore's Permanent Mission to the UN and WTO in Geneva.
